Section 4016(c) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 49 U.S.C. 44917 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and inserting Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration ; and in paragraph (2), by striking Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Director of Federal Air Marshal Service of the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration), and inserting Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration and the Director of Federal Air Marshal Service of the Department of Homeland Security .
