Sections 47136 and 47140 of title 49, United States Code, are repealed. Sections 47136a and 47140a of title 49, United States Code, are redesignated as sections 47136 and 47140, respectively. Section 47139 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (c). The analysis for chapter 471 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking the items relating to sections 47136, 47136a, 47140, and 47140a; by inserting after the item relating to section 47135 the following: 47136. Zero-emission airport vehicles and infrastructure. ; and by inserting after the item relating to section 47139 the following: 47140. Increasing the energy efficiency of airport power sources. .
