Section 1833(t)(7)(D)(i) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395l(t)(7)(D)(i) ) is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting Temporary ; Permanent in subclause (II)— in the first sentence, by inserting or on or after January 1, 2018, after January 1, 2013, ; and in the second sentence, by inserting , or during or after 2018 after or 2012 ; and in subclause (III), in the first sentence, by inserting or on or after January 1, 2018, after January 1, 2013, .
