Section 2704 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017 and inserting for fiscal year 2018 and an end-of-year strength for such personnel of 44,500 for fiscal year 2019 ; and in subsection (b), by striking fiscal years 2016 and 2017 and inserting fiscal years 2018 and 2019 .
