The Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall develop an implementation plan, including benchmarks and milestones, to address the findings and recommendations of the 2017 Management Review Team that issued a report on May 8, 2017, regarding live agent training at the Chemical, Ordnance, Biological and Radiological Training Facility and provide to the Committee on Homeland Security and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate updates and information on efforts to implement recommendations related to the management review of the Chemical, Ordnance, Biological, and Radiological Training Facility of the Center for Domestic Preparedness of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, including, as necessary, information on additional resources or authority needed to implement such recommendations.
Not later than one-year after the date of the enactment of this section, the Comptroller General of the United States shall review and report to Congress on the status of the implementation plan required by subsection
(a)and the governance structure at the Chemical, Ordnance, Biological and Radiological Training Facility of the Center for Domestic Preparedness of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
