(1)of section 5103a(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking unless and inserting unless— ; by striking the Secretary of Homeland Security and inserting the following: the Secretary of Homeland Security ; in subparagraph (A), as designated pursuant to paragraph
(2)of this subsection, by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: the individual holds a valid transportation security card issued under section 70105 of title 46. . Paragraph
