In this Act, the term congressional homeland security committees means— the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.
