Section 1204 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act ( 6 U.S.C. 1102 ) is amended— in subsection (c), by inserting to the extent practicable, provide training in settings that simulate real response environments, such as urban areas, after levels, ; in subsection (d), by striking paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and inserting the following: for the Center for Domestic Preparedness— $63,939,000 for fiscal year 2018; $64,962,024 for fiscal year 2019; and $66,001,416 for fiscal year 2020; and for the members referred to in paragraphs
(2)through
(7)of subsection (b)— $101,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $102,606,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $104,247,856 for fiscal year 2020. ; and in subsection
(e)by striking— each of the following entities and inserting members enumerated in section
(b); 2007— and inserting 2015. and paragraphs
(1)through (5).
