Subsection

(l)of section 205 of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( 6 U.S.C. 945 ) is amended— by striking and inserting

(1)In general. —Not later than September 30, 2007, Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of the Border and Maritime Security Coordination Improvement Act, ; by redesignating subparagraphs

(A)through

(H)as paragraphs

(1)through (8), respectively, and by moving the margins of such paragraphs (as so redesignated) two ems to the left; and by striking paragraph (2).
