The Army and Air Force Exchange Service may convey, by sale, exchange, or a combination thereof, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including improvements thereon, that is located at 8901 Autobahn Drive in Dallas, Texas, and was purchased using nonappropriated funds of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. Consideration for the real property conveyed under subsection
(a)shall be at least equal to the fair market value of the property, as determined by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. Any cash consideration received from the conveyance of the property under subsection
(a)may be retained by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service since the property was acquired using nonappropriated funds. The exact acreage and legal description of the real property to be conveyed under subsection
(a)shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. The recipient of the property shall be required to cover the cost of the survey. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection
(a)as the Army and Air Force Exchange Service considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
