Sec. 1611. Codification, extension, and modification of limitation on construction on United States territory of satellite positioning ground monitoring stations of foreign governments

Chapter 135 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: The limitation in subsection
(a)shall not apply to foreign governments that are allies of the United States. The limitation in subsection
(a)shall terminate on December 31, 2023. . Subsection
(b)of section 1602 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 10 U.S.C. 2281 note) is— transferred to section 2279c of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a); inserted as the first subsection of such section; redesignated as subsection (a); and amended— by amending the subsection heading to read as follows: ; and Limitation by striking paragraph (6).
