Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068), as amended by section 1237 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2494), is further amended— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking $175,000,000 of the funds available for fiscal year 2017 pursuant to subsection (f)(2) and inserting $75,000,000 of the funds available for fiscal year 2018 pursuant to subsection (f)(3) ; and in paragraph (3)— by striking fiscal year 2017 and inserting fiscal year 2018 ; and by striking $100,000,000 and inserting $50,000,000 ; in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following:
For fiscal year 2018, $150,000,000. ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2018 and inserting December 31, 2019 .
