Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report regarding proposed improvements to the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex. The report under subsection
(a)shall include the following: An analysis of existing JPARC infrastructure. A summary of improvements to the range infrastructure the Secretary determines are necessary— for fifth generation fighters to train at maximum potential; and to provide a realistic air warfare environment versus a near-peer adversary for— four squadrons of fifth generation fighters; annual Red Flag-Alaska exercises; and biannual Operation Northern Edge exercises.
