Section 2218 of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 2211, is further amended— in subsection (c)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Construction (including design of vessels), purchase, alteration, and conversion of national icebreaker vessels. ; and in subsection (d)(1), in subparagraph (B), by striking and and the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: construction (including design of vessels), purchase, alteration, and conversion of national icebreaker vessels. .
