Section 1631 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 10 U.S.C. 1561 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: In this section, the term sexual assault includes rape, sexual assault, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual contact, abusive sexual contact, and attempts to commit such offenses, as those terms are defined in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. In this section, the term sexual coercion includes unwanted vaginal, oral, or anal sex after the perpetrator pressured the victim by means including— repeated requests to the victim for sex; expressions of unhappiness due to the victim refusing to have sex with the perpetrator; lies; threats; and sexual harassment as that term is defined in section 1561(e) of title 10, United States Code. .
