None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for any of fiscal years 2017 through 2019 may be obligated or expended to retain the option for, or develop, a mobile variant of the ground-based strategic deterrent missile. Section 1664 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2615) is repealed.
