The President shall submit to Congress a report on the deployment of United States combat forces to Syria, including number of troops, extent of deployment, and purpose of deployment. The President shall submit the report required under subsection
(a)not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and every 90 days thereafter through the end of calendar year 2020.
