Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Director of National Intelligence, shall submit to the Congress a written report on all attempts to breach, intrude, or otherwise hack into Department of Defense systems that— occurred during the last 24-month period ending on the date of the enactment of this Act; and were attributable either to the government of the Russian Federation or actors substantially supported by the government of the Russian Federation. The report required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
