Sec. 5101. Plan for modernization of the radar for F–16 fighter aircraft of the National Guard

The Secretary of the Air Force shall develop a plan to modernize the radars of F–16 fighter aircraft of the National Guard by replacing legacy mechanically-scanned radars for such aircraft with AESA radars. Not later 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the congressional defense committees the plan developed pursuant to subsection (a).
