Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2018 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation as follows: For the Army, $9,425,440,000. For the Navy, $17,675,035,000. For the Air Force, $34,914,359,000. For Defense-wide activities, $20,490,902,000. For the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, $210,900,000.
