Section 3016(b)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting
(A)after
(4); by striking The Assistant Secretary shall have as his principal responsibility and inserting the following: The principal responsibility of the Assistant Secretary shall be ; and by inserting after subparagraph (A), as designated by paragraph (1), the following new subparagraph (B): The Assistant Secretary shall be appointed from among persons who have significant budget, financial management, or audit experience in complex organizations. . Section 5016(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting
