Section 338 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 ( Public Law 108–136 ; 10 U.S.C. 5013 note), as most recently amended by section 321 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1694) is amended— in subsection (d), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and in subsection (e), by striking 2019 and inserting 2024 .
