Sec. 1666. Establishment of procedures for implementation of Nuclear Enterprise Review

Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall issue a final Department of Defense Instruction establishing procedures for the long-term implementation of the recommendations contained in the Independent Review of the Department of Defense Nuclear Enterprise, dated June 2, 2014, and the Internal Assessment of the Department of Defense Nuclear Enterprise, dated September 2014. The Secretary shall submit to the congressional defense committees the final instruction under subsection
(a)by not later than 30 days after issuing the instruction.
