Subsection
(b)of section 1202 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 ( Public Law 106–65 ; 10 U.S.C. 113 note), as most recently amended by section 1271 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2538), is further amended by adding at the end the following: Any Chinese laws, regulations, or policies that could jeopardize the economic security of the United States. .
