Subsection
(c)of section 1243 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2516; 10 U.S.C. 1050 note) is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting fiscal year 2017 ; and fiscal years 2017 , 2018 , and 2019 by striking fiscal year 2017 and inserting fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 .
