Section 1207 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended— in subsection (i), by striking September 30, 2017 and inserting September 30, 2019 ; and in subsection (p)— by striking September 30, 2017 and inserting September 30, 2019 ; and by striking through 2017 and inserting through 2019 .
