Section 1053(a)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 10 U.S.C. 10216 note), as amended by section 1084(a)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2421), is further amended by striking 20 percent and inserting 12.6 percent . Section 1084(a)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2421), is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting paragraph (2)(A) .
