Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2104(a) and available for military construction projects inside the United States as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Army: Inside the United States State Installation Amount Alabama Fort Rucker $38,000,000 Arizona Davis-Monthan Air Force Base $22,000,000 Fort Huachuca $30,000,000 California Fort Irwin $3,000,000 Colorado Fort Carson $29,300,000 Florida Eglin Air Force Base $18,000,000 Georgia Fort Benning $38,800,000 Fort Gordon $51,500,000 Indiana Crane Army Ammunition Plant $24,000,000 New York U.S.
