Section 1626 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3635) is amended— by inserting (including with respect to space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) after intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance requirements both places it appears; and in paragraph (2), by striking critical intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance requirements and inserting critical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance requirements (including with respect to space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) .
