Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for aircraft procurement, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in division D, for BA 05: Modification of Inservice Aircraft: E-8 (line 056) is hereby increased by $23,091,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for aircraft procurement, Air Force, as specified in the corresponding funding table in division D, for BA 05: Modification of Inservice Aircraft / BSA 5: Other Aircraft (line 050) is hereby reduced by $23,091,000.
