Section 2306a(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (D)(ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: for a foreign military sale where there is already an existing Government contract— for the same or similar item or service; and for which the Government has current cost and pricing data and insights into the reasonableness of price. .
