Section 2534 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The restriction under subsection
(a)relative to the procurement of the items set forth in paragraphs
(1)through
(4)of such subsection shall terminate on the close of September 30, 2018. . Section 858 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 10 U.S.C. 2534 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: This section shall terminate on the close of September 30, 2018. .
