Sec. 5602. Report on management of military commissaries and exchanges

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report regarding management practices of military commissaries and exchanges. The report required under this section shall include a cost-benefit analysis with the goals of— reducing the costs of operating military commissaries and exchanges by $2,000,000,000 during fiscal years 2018 through 2022; and not raising costs for patrons of military commissaries and exchanges.
