Section 801 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. 4041 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Any action under subsection
(a)shall be commenced not later than ten years after the date on which the alleged violation occurs. . Section 802 of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 4042 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Any action commenced under this section shall be barred unless the complaint is filed within ten years after the right of action first accrues. .
