Section 3014(a) (sec. 38–1853.14, D.C. Official Code) is amended by striking and for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years and inserting and for each fiscal year through fiscal year 2019 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on September 30, 2016.
