Section 212(a)(3)(B)(iv) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)(iv) ) is amended— in subclause (I), by striking death or serious bodily injury, a terrorist activity; and inserting death, serious bodily injury, or substantial damage to property, a terrorist activity ; in subclause (V)(cc), by striking or at the end; in subclause (VI)(dd), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: to threaten, attempt, or conspire to do any of the acts described in subclauses
(I)through (VI). .
