In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate; the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives. The term Director means the Director of the Peace Corps. The term Peace Corps volunteer means an individual described in section 5(a) of the Peace Corps Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2504(a) ).
