Congress hereby reaffirms that it is the law of the United States to prohibit the use of United States taxpayer dollars for certain assessed or voluntary contributions to the United Nations or its specialized agencies regarding the status of the Palestinians at the United Nations or its specialized agencies, including under section 414 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 ( Public Law 101–246 ) and section 410 of Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 ( Public Law 103–236 ).
