Section 107(b)(2)(A) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7105(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking programs for and all that follows and inserting the following: “programs for victims of human trafficking, including programs that provide trauma-informed care or housing options to such victims who are— between 12 and 24 years of age; and homeless, in foster care, or involved in the criminal justice system; transitioning out of the foster care system; or women or girls in underserved populations. .
