Nothing in this Act shall require or authorize any new surveying or mapping of Federal land, the evaluation of any parcel of land for potential management by non-Federal entities, the disposal of any Federal land, or any new appraisal or assessment of the value or cultural and archaeological resources on any parcel of Federal land.
