Section 8206 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking Secretary or a Governor and inserting Secretary, Governor, or Indian Tribe ; in paragraph
(4)by striking Secretary and a Governor and inserting Secretary and either a Governor or an Indian Tribe ; by redesignating paragraphs (6), (7), and
(8)as paragraphs (7), (8), and (9), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following new paragraph: The term Indian Tribe has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 )); ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(A), by inserting or an Indian Tribe after Governor ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting or an Indian Tribe after Governor .
