Any entity receiving funds under a program referred to in clause (iii), (iv), (vii), (viii), or
(xii)of section 251(f)(1)(C) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6971(f)(1)(C) ) shall be exempt from the time and effort reporting requirements under part 200 of title 2, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulations), with respect to the use of such funds.
