(B)of section 251(d)(2) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6971(d)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: ensure that agricultural research, education, extension, economics, and statistical programs— are effectively coordinated and integrated— across disciplines, agencies, and institutions; and among applicable participants, grantees, and beneficiaries; and address the priority areas of the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative specified in subsection (b)(2) of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act ( 7 U.S.C. 3157(b)(2) ); .
