Section 1672D of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925f ) is amended— by amending subsection
(a)to read as follows: The Secretary may make competitive research and extension grants for the purpose of improving the farm management knowledge and skills of agricultural producers by maintaining and expanding a national, publicly available farm financial management database to support improved farm management. ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2), by striking and producer and inserting educational programs and ; and in paragraph (4), by striking use and support and inserting contribute data to ; and in subsection (d)(2), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
