Section 7(h)(12) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2016(h)(12) ) is amended— in subparagraph
(A)by inserting , or due to the death of all members of the household after inactivity , in subparagraph
(B)by striking 6 and inserting 3 , and in subparagraph
(C)by striking 12 months and inserting 6 months, or upon verification that all members of the household are deceased .
