Section 1271D(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3871d(a) ) is amended to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use, to carry out the program— $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018; and $250,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
