Section 226B of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6934 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Advocacy and Outreach ; Partnerships and Public Engagement by striking Advocacy and Outreach each place it appears in subsections (a)(2), (b)(1), and (d)(4)(B) and inserting Partnerships and Public Engagement ; Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, any reference to the Office of Advocacy and Outreach established under section 226B of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6934 ) in any other provision of Federal law shall be deemed to be a reference to the Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement.
Section 226B of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6934 ), as amended by subsection (a), is further amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B)— in clause (ii), by striking and at the end; in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new clauses: limited resource producers; veteran farmers and ranchers; and Tribal farmers and ranchers; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: to promote youth outreach. ; and in subsection (c)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting veteran farmers and ranchers, Tribal farmers and ranchers, after beginning farmers or ranchers, ; in paragraph (1), by striking or socially disadvantaged and inserting socially disadvantaged, veteran, or Tribal ; and in paragraph (5), by inserting veteran farmers or ranchers, Tribal farmers or ranchers, after beginning farmers or ranchers, .
Section 226B(f)(3)(B) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6934(f)(3)(B) ) is amended by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 . Section 309 of the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6921 ) is amended by striking of the Secretary and inserting of Partnerships and Public Engagement established under section 226B .
