Section 8206 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking Secretary or a Governor and inserting Secretary, Governor, county, or Indian Tribe ; in paragraph
(4)by striking Secretary and a Governor and inserting Secretary and a Governor, county, or an Indian Tribe ; by adding at the end the following: The term Indian Tribe has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 )). The term county has the meaning given the term in section 2 of title 1, United States Code. ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(A), by inserting , county, or an Indian Tribe after Governor ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting , county, or an Indian Tribe after Governor .
