1994 institution defined Section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended to read as follows: In this part, the term 1994 Institution means any of the following colleges: Aaniiih Nakoda College. (c)and inserting 2023 . Section 536(c) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
