Section 1408A(a)(2) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3123a(a)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking speciality and inserting specialty ; in subparagraph (B)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 9 and inserting 11 ; and in clause (i), by striking Three and inserting Five ; and in subparagraph (D), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
